Steve Wariner is getting back to singing. The country star has a new album on the way, which will be his first album to feature vocals since 2005's This Real Life. Wariner admits he didn't intend to have an eight-year gap between vocal albums.
He launched his detour with 2009's "My Tribute to Chet Atkins," and explains that he had "such a blast" making that album he decided to follow it up with another collection of instrumentals. Steve says he now has to "remind folks" that he also sings.
But Wariner is handling much more than just the guitar and vocals on "It Ain't All Bad." He wrote or co-wrote all 12 of the album's tracks and produced the disc. Steve is also releasing the album on his own label, SelecTone Records.
It Ain't All Bad will hit stores on September 10th.
