Simon Cowell is taking his search for talent online. His Syco Entertainment says it is teaming up with YouTube for something called "You Generation." It's an international online talent contest. And it's global in scope, too. Entries are being sought from people with what Cowell calls "unconventional and original talents" — from musicians and photographers to makeup artists, magicians and chefs. The contest starts this month and is to run for a year.
